Funeral was held yesterday at 4 p.m. for Mrs. Florence Mabry, 73, Dublin from the Dublin Church of God with the Rev. C. W. McKay and the Rev. B. E. Underwood officiating. Burial followed In the New Dublin Cemetery. The body remained at Strickler's Dublin Funeral Home until one hour before the service.
Survivors are six daughters, Mrs. J. R. Fizer of Roanoke, Mrs. F. H. Miles of Radford, Mrs. E. W. Blevlns of Pulaskl, Mrs. W. G. Roope of Columbus, Ohio, Mrs. George Thompson and Mrs. C. E. Sarver of Dublin; and three sons, William Mabry of Richmond, John Mabry and Hastwell Mabry of Pulaski.

Florence Mabry died at the Radford Community Hospital, Radford, Montgomery Co, VA on 31 Jul 1964 of renal failure. It is noted she had only one kidney and had been ill for 3 weeks. She also had metastatic lung cancer. Her usual residence was Dunlap Road, Dublin, Pulaski Co, VA. She was a widow - her husband was Charlie Austin Mabry. She was born in Carroll Co, VA, 27 Oct 1891. Her father was John Mabry; her mother Mary Jane Worrell. Mrs. C. E. Sarver (daughter) was the informant. Buried New Dublin Cemetery, Pulaski Co.
