Jackson book gives marriage date of 9 Sep 1834, but it appears to have taken place on the 18th. There is an image of the marriage bond by John C. Atchison to marry Mary Ann V. Jackson, signed 9 Sep 1834. Philip Cox was his security.

It also had a death date in 1847, but that seems to be wrong given the picture of a grave marker, Fairview Cemetery, Bowling Green
Mary, Wife of J. C. Atchison, Died Dec 25, 1871, age 60 years.

Children were Maria E. Atchinson and Andrew J. Atchinson.

There appear to have been three children that died before the 1849 census.

If Mary Ann Jackson Atchison died in 1847, John married another Mary A who was the same age - which he could have done given a possible stepdaughter, Mary Davenport, listed in 1850. I suspect Mary Ann Davenport was of no relation. Here is the 1850 Census record from Warren Co KY, District 1, Hh 315:
J. C. Atchison, age 40, farm, b. KY. Mary A. age 39. Andrew A., age 14. Maria E. age 4. Mary A. Davenport, age 21.

The 1860 census shows a third child who should have been in the 1850 census but didn't seem to be. Warren, KY, Hh 186
John Atchison, 50. Mary, 47. Andrew, 24. Margaret 17 and Maria, 13.
