Juanita W. passed away on January 8, 1999 at the age of 96 in St. Louis, MO. She was born in DeQueen, AR on February 19, 1902 and was the daughter of Harvey T. and Emma Allen Wright. Mrs. Stoutz was reared in Hugo, Durant and Idabel, OK. She earned a teacher's certificate from Southeastern Teachers Col. and later attended the University of OK, where she became a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority. She was honored by Pi Beta Phi for 75 years of membership and service in 1997 by the St. LouisAlumnae Club. She taught second grade in Las Vegas, NM and Blackwell, OK. She married William O. Stoutz of Muskogee, OK in 1929 and they lived in Oklahoma City all their married life. They were married 57 years and had one daughter, Sylvia Stoutz McKilli p of St. Louis. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth D. McKillip; and two grandchildren, Ms. Kelly M. McKillip and Wm. Scott McKillip both of St. Louis; a niece, Mrs. Hoover Kadane (Nita) of Dallas, TX; a cousin, Mr.Dewitt "Dash" Goff of Fayetteville, AR; and 3 great nieces, Mrs. Aden Branch (Diane), Raleigh, NC, Mrs. John Carroll (Cheryl), Cayce, SC, Mrs. Steven Lee (Jeannine), Arlington, TX, Herbert H. Kadane, Jr. of Arlington, TX; and nine great great nieces andnephe ws.
