Robert "Bobby'' Joe Jones, 51, of Lebanon, died Thursday, Sept. 3, 2009, at St. John's Hospital-Lebanon.
He was born Oct. 28, 1957, in Lebanon, to Billy Joe and Ruth Marlene Dickenson Jones.
He was preceded in death by his mother; his grandparents, Bob and Ruth Jones, and grandmother, Clysta Dickinson.
He was a welder and a member of Trinity Full Gospel Church.
On Oct. 28, 1993, he married Patricia Berry.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia; three sons, Richard Joseph Jones and his wife, Marlena, of Macks Creek; James David Jones and his wife, Danita and Shane Hare and his fiance' Audrey, all of Lebanon; three daughters, Courtney Berry, Billijo Marie Jones and Amanda Rogers, all of Lebanon; his father, Billy Joe Jones, of Lebanon; a brother, James Donald Jones and his wife, Kim, of Eldridge; six grandchildren; his maternal grandfather, "Curley'' Dickinson, also other relatives.
Graveside services and burial for Robert "Bobby'' Joe Jones will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2009, in the Lebanon Cemetery with Shawnee Ripley officiating, under the direction of Shadel's Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
Visitation will be from noon Tuesday until service time at 2 p.m. at Shadel's Colonial Chapel.
A memorial for Bobby's family has been established and may be left at the funeral chapel.
