FindAGrave has a double grave marker pictured - unreadable - said to be in Kincaid Cemetery, Kingston, Madison Co, KY. Dates given for John are 15 Mar 1741 - 29 Mar 1804. The stone for Agnes has 1744 - 15 Jun 1804.
"Here lie John & Agness Kincaid. He was born
March 15th 1741. She in Nov 1744. He died March 29
1804. She in June 15th 1809. He was honest and in
dustrious. She discreet and pious. There youn
gest son Thomas erected this stone in their memory"

Another description of the Cemetery claims it is Hays Fork Cemetery, about 6-8 miles south of Richmond KY. Although a website make the claim that John Kincaid's parents were James & Jean Kincaid from Albemarle Co, without any proof, gravesites listed in the cemetery suggest two John Kincaids lived in Madison County. But the dates preclude any possibility they were father and son - perhaps they were cousins or uncle/nephew.
John Kincaid - Ft. Boonesborough - Ft. Harrod - In memory of John Kincaid who departed this life 22 Jul 1792, in the 66th year of his age. (b. about 1726).
Margaret Kincaid. In memory of Margaret Kincaid, who departed this life March the 27th, 1826 in the 90th year of her age. Wife and consort to John Kincaid Sen. (b. about 1736 - she could not have been the mother of John who married Agness, but could have been a stepmother.
