Individual Details

Judson said bound out to a family named Groman. I did not find him in the 1850 census - I suspect he isn't part of this family. In 1860, there was a Judson H. Comstock, 29, living in Syracuse and working as a City Expressman - he was born in New York (1831). His wife was Sibbie, age 23 and their were two little girls, Carrie, 6 and Ella, age 2.
There was another Judson Comstock, age 21, a single man (born 1829)working as a Hotel Porter in Syracuse.
