and in Sherman, Chautauqua Co, French Creek P.O., Hh 264 - the residence of Everett Hall, Elijah Comstock, age 16, is a Farm Hand.
I never found Warren, Lyman about age 27, or the daughters who perhaps had married by 1860.
By 1870, it appears the old folks had passed on and Melinda was once again with William. They were in Harmony, Cautauqua Co, Hh 172

All of William's sons served in the Civil war except the youngest. Three of the sons - Dennis, Lewis, and Elijah - were killed in the war. They are all said to be born in Maysville, New York. There is no New York town named Maysville, but the county seat of Chatuaqua County is Mayville.
