BARRETT AND COX WEDDING SURPRISE TO MANY FRIENDS
A wedding of much interest, but very surprising was that of Mr. Hamey Barrett of Clanton Route 1 to Miss Vera Cox of near Billingsley. The ceremony was quietly solemnized at the home of Rev. A. L. Foshee Sunday afternoon.
The bride is the daughter of Mrs. & Mrs. Jim Cox; the groom is the son of Mrs. M. C. Barrett. They will make their home with the latter's mother.
Their many friend wish them a long and happy life together.
