Mr. James W. Cox, age 72, died at his residence on Billingsley Route 1, april 23rd at 2:30 pm. Funeral services were held at 11:00 am Sunday at New Cedron Church, conducted by Rev. J. I. Bice. Interment was in the church cemetery.
He is survivied by the widow, Mrs. Sarah Cox; 4 sons - Lit and John of Billinglsey Route 1, Willie and Oscar of Clanton Rt 3; 6 daughters - Eva Henley of Verbena Rt 1, Mrs. Effie Williams of Clanton Rt. 3, Mrs. Annie Owens of Clanton, Rt. 3, Mrs. Agnes Baker of Billingsley Rt. 1, Mrs. Vera Barrett of Birmingham.
