MICHIGAN - Funeral services for Sammie Lee Dennie, 66 of Michigan will be held Monday, March 18, at 10 am from the chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Crestlawn Cemetery.
Mr. Dennis died Wednesday (March 13, 1991) in Michigan.
Born in Putnam County on July 12, 1924, he was the son of the late Willie (Will) and Candice Ellis Dennis.
His family includes his wife, Helen Dennis of Michigan; one stepdaughter, Katherine Artman of Michigan and several cousins.
The family will receive friends from 2-9 pm Sunday, March 17, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Earl Dial, Bill Presley, Burley and Dave Maxwell, burch Williams, and Nick Philson.
Rev. Carson Whiteaker will officiate at the services.
