In 1910, Putnam County TN, Civil District 16, Hh 43, I found a William H. Dennis, age 25, had been married for 3 years, to Kansas, his wife, age 29. The age is right, but I do not know if this is the same man.

Funderal services for William H. (Willy) Dennis, 99, of Route 2, Baxter, will be held Monday, Dec. 3 at 1 pm in the chapel of Dyer Funeral Home with Rev. Carson Whitaker officiating. Burial will be in Harris Cemetery.
Mr. Dennis, a farmer, died Nov. 30 1984 at Cookeville General Hospital.
A native of Jackson County, he was the son of the late LeRoy and Mary Ann Bean Dennis.
His family includes one son, Sammy Lee Dennis of Michigan, one sister-in-law, Lucy Markel of Cookeville; two nieces Beulah Apple and Mae Alexander of Cookeville; three nephews, Tom Bean, Otha Bean, and Ernest Bean of Cookeville.
Dyer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangments.
