Deed dated 2 Jul 1735. John Anderson of Hanover to his brother Nathaniel Anderson of the same, one acre, for five shillings. Said acre is part of the moiety and lower end of a tract of 670 acres which Mary Anderson bought of George Wilkinson and she conveyed to the said John Anderson on 23 Mar 1733. This has been interpreted that Mary Anderson was the mother of John and Nathaniel - but the deed does not say that.
