Bells - Services for Marvin Brown, 72, retired cattleman and farmer who died Thursday afternoon in a Sherman hospital, will be held at 10 am Saturday at Mullican-Little Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Larry Rice and Bill Wiley.
Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery at Sherman.
Born Nov. 30, 1904 in the Pink Hill Community, he was the son of the late Mr. & Mrs. W. T. Brown. He was Married to Hazel Martin, Feb 14, 1959, in Sherman. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Sherman and had lived in Grayson County his entire life.
Survivors include his wife; son, Bert Brown; step-son, James Martin; step-daughters, Mrs. Eric Little of Sherman and Mrs. Marshall Watkins of Killeen; brother, Paul Brown of Bells; sisters, Mrs. Lillie Dillon Whitewright, Mrs. Brown and Miss Velma Brown of Bells; and two grandchildren.
