Phillip was taxed at Rowan Co NC 1768, 1772, 1778, 1787, and 1800. He had entered 200 acres on the waters of the Uwarie River, 10 Feb 1780. He is in Rowan in the 1790 census with 3 males under age 16 and 5 females. The 1800 census suggests six children in the household.

25 Sep 1784 Philip Harmon entered 540 acres on Sandy Creek.

In 1811, Philips sold Daniel Harmon 128 acres.

Elizabeth who married Allen Coats, 10 Jan 1801, Rowan Co NC
Daniel, who received the 128 acres, 29 Aug 1811. Daniel sold land to Benjamin Merrill, 1 Nov 1813, Rowan Co. He may be the Daniel Harmon in Washington Co IN near his cousins, children of his uncle Cutliff Harmon, in 1820.
David Harman married Katy Peck, 23 Jan 1808, Rowan Co. Bondsman was Daniel Harmon.
Madlena Harmon, born 15 Mar 1791, died 11 may 1818, Davidson Co, NC, married Philip Swicegood on 13 Nov 1806. Philip Harmon sold 120 acres on Sandy Creek to Philip Swicegood.

Possible children include a John Harmon, living in Montgomery Co KY in 1810; Philip Harmon also living in Montgomery Co KY in 1810; Lewis born about 1804, found in Montgomery Co KY in 1840.
