Roberta Comstock named as a daughter of R. F. Hotchkiss in his obituary, 13 Apr 1967, in the Baxter Bulletin of Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was in the 1950 census, age 17, with her parents, Roswell F. and Athalie Hotchkiss, Los Angleles.

Eddie and Roberta were divorced, Jun 1970, Los Angeles, CA. She married Walter L. Exton, 15 Jun 1975 in Clallam, Washington and was divorced from him, 4 Oct 1985.

Helen had been married previously, Beil not her maiden name - she was apparently living with Clifford G. Beil in Valley, Barnes Co, ND in 1950. Clifford was age 34, b. NC and the Service Manager of a retail gas station; Helen E., wife, was 26, b. MO, was a bookkeeper for a wholesale creamery.

Conrad of Grass Valley, Nevada County, formerly of Chico, Butte County, father of Mrs. Clara Schutt of spokane, Wash., Mrs. Laura Lee Franzen of Grass Valley, Mrs. Helen Beil of Lakewood, Los Angeles County, Raymond of Elizabethtown, KY, and David Conrad of Spokane; brother of Mrs. Emma Jones of Lincoln, Neb., and Mrs. Rick Fergus and Mrs. Ida Hinsman, both of Hasings, Neb., and grandfather of seven. Native of Illinois, aged 85 years. ...Burial will be in the Forest View Cemetery in Nevada City, Nevada County.

Inurnment and Masonic graveside service for Eddie R. comstock, 68 will be Friday at 11 am at Spirit Lake Cemetery. A luncheon will follow the service at the Rathdrum Masonic Temple. English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d'Alene is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Comstock, who was born in Van Buren, Ariz (sic-Arkansas), died Sunday.
He served in the Marine Corps during the Korean War and then lived in the Los Angeles area. He worked as a long-haul truck driver and master carpenter before moving to Post Falls in 1983.
Mr. Comstock was a past master and member of the Rathdrum and Spirit Lake Masonic lodges and had served as past patron of the Order of the Eastern Star, Clover Chapter 33, and Rose Lake 84. He also was a member of the York Rite Bodies and Scottish Rite Valley in Coeur d'Alene.
Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Helen; two sons, Michael Comstock of California and David Comstock of Battleground, Wash.; a daughter, Cynthia Stevenson of Spirit Lake; his mother, Opal Comstock of (Arizona sic - Arkansas); a brother, Donald Comstock of Van Buren; a sister, Nelda Barela of California; and numerous grandchild and great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Scottish Rite Foundation of Idaho for Children's Language Disorders, c/o The Scottish Rite Valley of Coeur d'Alene.
