John Otey was a tobacco viewer in June of 1724 and served with Mr. William Waddill until 1729. Otey was a Justice of the Peace of New Kent Co in 1729.

There is a birth record for Betty, Dau of Isaac & Frances Otey, on 13 May 1737; bapt on 23 June. And then Mary, daughter of Isaac & Frances Otey was born 24 Aug 1737 and bapt 8 Oct. [I believe the record for Betty to be in error as several pages were placed in the binder in the wrong order.] Isaac would seem to be another son of John?
