The 1900 census had Dee as a son, born Mar 1885, both facts were apparently in error.
3 Mar 1902. C. W. Sedwick, age 19, took out license to marry Miss D. V. Biggs, age 17, both of Paris, Logan Co. B. R. Lovit, Minister of the Gospel married them on the same day.
They were step-siblings, married just about four years after their parents married.

Hh 17 was Lucie Biggs with her sons Artis and Carl, Dee's widowed stepmother and Charles Sedwick's mother.
Note: if the twins were born in February of 1920 - they should have been in the 1920 census.
I have been unable to find the family in 1930.
Her death certificate was in a FamilyTree on Ancesty. She died of a cerebral hemorrhage in Bakersfield, CA, enroute to Kern from the General Hospital from Lamont. She had been in California for 8 months and her residence was in Lamont, Kern Co, P. O. Box 66. Dee died 27 Mar 1947. The coroner had investigated and agreed with the cause of her death. Her husband listed as Charles Wm. Sedwick age 63. Her birthdate given as 8 Dec 1884. She was bon in Arkansas; her father Sim Biggs, her mother Ada Maybarry. Estes Sedwick was the informant. Her body was removed to Memorial Park, Muskogee, OK for burial.
