Others have suggested she married a Thompson.

Sarah might even have been the mother of a baseborn son, Mathew B. Huff, found in Grayson co in 1850. Sarah appears to have been about 15 years older than Mathew.

Sarah is not positively identified.
My uncles's atDNA shows matches to at least four descendants of a Sarah Huff/Hoff and they also have matches to some of John Huff's children by Elizabeth Pratt. On 2 Sep 1844, in Franklin Co, VA, Sarah Huff was married to Jacob H. Sigmon. They went on to have eight children. She is listed in a Virginia Death index as having died 25 Jul 1858 in Franklin Co, as a widow - but her father is listed as Joseph Huff, not John.
Jacob and Sarah are in FranklinCo in 1850 - he was 65; she was 50 (born 1800). Living with them: Thomas, age 25, Lewis age 22, and Lucinda, age 12.
The possibility exists that this Sarah was a child of a Joseph Huff, perhaps a brother or cousin to John.

Sally Huff Lacy is said to be buried in the Lacy Family Cemetery, Hazel Green, Wolfe Co, KY. There is no stone pictured - dates are born 31 Aug 1798, died 26 Dec 1872.
Mark Lacy has a marker in that cemetery. He is said to have been the son of John Lacy and Sarah Port. He was born 16 Mar 1794, died 16 Apr 1885.
Son Alexander Preston Lacy, b. 8 Jun 1834, d. 13 Feb 1893 is also buried there.
Son Sanford Hill Lacy, b. 10 Sep 1838, d. 25 Jan 1928, Turkey, Hall County, TX, is buried Dreamland Cemetery in Turkey. He was married to Nanie Hornbeck (1846-1892)

Andy Porter Lacy died 17 Mar 1913 in Hazel Green, Wolfe Co, KY of colitis and old age. He was born 27 Nov 1836 in Kentucky and was divorced. His parents were Mark Lacy and Sally Huff, both born in VA. A. P. Lacy Jr of Hazel Green was the informant. Buried March 18th. Broken stone is in the Lacy Family Cemetery, Hazel Green.
