Patience's Death record is odd - she is listed as Patience Moaddox, b. 11 Dec 1841, died 1 Apr 1934 in Birmingham, age 92, and buried at Walnut Creek on Apr 3rd. She was widowed, spouse was W. F. Maddox. Her father listed as William Motes, her mother as Margrette Woodruff. Other than the husband's name and date of death, this all seems a little wrong - I wonder who gave the information. I suspect Motes was her grandfather and her mother's name was more likely Martha since Patsy is the nickname for Martha. Certainly Patience was married as Patience Woodruff. I have no marriage record for her possible mother, however.
