Maranda Minor's death record on Ancestry:
Died 9 Jun 1915, Chilton Co, AL, buried Walnut Creek Cemetery. She was 79, born about 1836 in Alabama and a widow. Father's name said to be Elijah Easterling - mother Mrs. Elijah Easterling. I believe Elijah was her brother...not her father.

Her page at FindAGrave has no picture of her grave marker - she is said to have been born 4 May 1841, but this cannot be correct since she was already 13 in 1850. The date of her death is also different since it shows the 18th of June instead of 9th as in the death record. Nathan and Miranda are buried Walnut Creek Cemetery, Clanton.
