If this was the New Salem in Chilton Co - his grave is probably unmarked.
New Salem Baptist Church Cemetery is in Lomax, Childron Co and the record of his burial (Edward Augustus Blount) is found in a book published 1984, Cemeteries of Chilton County, as is the burial of Canzadis Elizabeth Morris Blount.
