Murrell (brother-in-law married to James Philips sister Elizabeth Philips) administrator of estate of James Philips and as guardian of his children- Thomas T., Ezekiel E. James L. and Polly E. (implies that second daughter in 1830 census has died). (Two daughters from second marriage infants Nancy and Martha Philips were apparently under the guardianship of their mother, who had remarried to James Prewitt. Martha is with her grandmother, Mary McElroy, in 1850; fate of Nancy is unknown.)
