Married Zachariah Harris, 11 Oct 1799 - the same day her sister Nancy married Josiah Thorp. The father of the bride, Christopher Harris, gave his permission.
Platte Co MO, in 1840, p.140, was Zachariah Thorpe, age 60-70 with another male, age 20-30 and a female age 50-60. Based on their birth years, Zachariah would have been about 62 and Mourning age 57 - this works well with the census. Most of the online databases show that Mourning died in Madison Co KY circa 1865; possibly she had gone back to live with her son Thomas. I never found them after 1840.
