Item 3rd - Balance of property real and personal including farm of 26 acres in Pease Twp, Belmont Co, OH, I devise to Mary J. Moore, wifeof James Moore and daughter of my nephew Andrew Marlow.
Said Mary J. Moore to executrix of the wil. and no bond to be required.
