10 Jan 1865. Isaac Stevinson of Boone Co, MO. To my faithful wife, Lucinda, thefarm on which I reside south of Hallsville on raod leading from Columbia to Paris, livestock, furniture, farming utensils, etc. during her life or widowhood. All other lands to be sold; and rented until the sale. Death of wife, Executors are authorized to seel everything devised to my wife. After erection of Monuments for my wife and myself, my estate shall be disposed and distributedas: son John S. Stevison and his son Goerge B. Stevison, each, one undivided 12th. To Samuel M., William H., Mary F. and Crotia Ann Stevison, each one 6th. To the children of my son James R. Stevinson, now in California, one 6th, James r. being appointed as trustee for his children.
