Individual Details

Sarah was at Ruddell's Station in June of 1780 when the massacre occurred. She was then about twelve years old. Another child of similar age, Thomas Davis, was also taken. On 22 Feb 1791 they were married and became some of the earliest settlers of Pike Co, MO. Sarah died in Kansas at age 97. Thomas was born 15 Dec 1767, died Pike Co MO, 21 Apr 1837.
