Children all b. TN; Sally A. Goodman, age 16 [Sarah said to have been married to Terrell Goodman; child Sally's death certificate gives the name Trl. Goodman for her father]
Martha Campbell, age 16. William, 14. [Samuel's children by previous marriage]
Levi 9. Wily age 5. [family writings suggest Sally A. had half-brothers named Lewis & Wylie - I don't know if Levi might be the same person, or another child of Samuel's first wife.]

I found this couple in 1860 in Hickman Co; they don't seem to be the same as Samuel & Sarah but I thought it worth while to keep the record. Hh 217. All born in Tennessee.

I also found a marriage record for Wiley Campbell to Jane Tubbs, Apr 6th, 1866, Perry Co TN. Digital image of the county marriage registry.
And a digital copy of the marriage bond of a Lewis Campbell to Sarah J. Churchwell, 10 Jun 1872, Lewis Co TN. F. J. Hainey signed with Campbell as security. Also recorded in the county marriage registry.

A descendant of Martha has her death certificate - her mother listed as Ms. Curry - the informant likely did not know Sarah was her stepmother. The child Jane's death certificate listed her father as Grandville Goodman, her mother as Martha Warren, but there's no suggestion of a marriage. Jane is also said to have been born 15 Jan 1850, but she did not appear with Martha in 1850. Is this the same Martha?

Martha is said to have married Thomas Warren. I found the digital record, Perry Co, 21 Dec 1866. Her young sons from 1860 appear to have taken the name of their stepfather. Thomas appears to have already been deceased.

The enumerator did not list the relationships of anyone in the family.
