Elizabeth MILNER

(Ca 1680 - )

I've found no data on Elizabeth after the will of James Babbicum. She was not mentioned in her mother's will in 1721, although a William Pierce did receive livestock. Was this perhaps Elizabeth's husband or son? Also John Milner settled the estate of one Morgan Pierce in 1679 - children were William, Francis, and Elizabeth Pierce.

20 Aug 1680 John Millner, guardian for the orphans of Morgan Pierce, motion regarding deliver of sheep to Wm Pierce, who may be yet in his nonage. It is their opinion the sheep remain in the custody of said guardian until Wm Pierce come to Lawfull age.
8 Oct 1683. John Cannon had become guardian of the orphans of Morgan Pierce and William had reached lawful age. The court ordered that his estate be delivered him by John Cannon.
