3 Feb 1793 William Coleman and wife Cloe, executed a deed.

Halifax Co VA Will Book 3, p.239
June Court 1796. William McDaniel, executor for deceased father William McDaniel gave the final accounting of the estate which showed payments to surviving sons and husbands of the surviving daughters, which included payments to: William Coleman, M. Price [Meredith married to Chloe's sister Mary], and William Beavers [married to Chloe's sister Nancy].

June Court 1803 Chloe Coleman and Clement McDaniel were granted certificates for letters of administration on the estate of William Coleman, deceased Inventory was taken 2 Sep 1803.
Report to the Court, 18 Feb 1805, gave 1/3 of estate to wife Chloe Coleman but found it out of their power to divide the remaining 2/3 between the Distributees.
Inventory & Account Book, 4, p.399, has Guardian Accounts naming 11 children not yet of age.

13 Jan 1837. Daniel S. Coleman, James B. Roberson & Patsy his wife, Stephen Coleman, James Blair and wife Ann, Abner Fulton and wife Permelia, George Roberson & Elizabeth his wife, Lucy Price [widow], Pleasant Soyars & wife Polly, Joel Coleman, Drury Blair and wife Chloe F., and Spilsby G. Coleman, all adults and of this Commonwealth. Also Missouri Coleman, Dianah Coleman, William Coleman, and Lucy Coleman, infant children of William Coleman, dec'd. and James I. Coleman, infant child of Johnson A. Coleman, dec'd, all who are infants and not of this Commonwealth. By Drury Blair, Commissioner, all sell to Edwin R. Beavers, for $1441.80, a tract in Pittsylvania Co, both sides Sandy Creek containing 239 1/2 acres, adjacent Redmon Fallen and others.
All signed except Drury Blair had been appointed to convey the rights of the infant heirs; he also signed for Robert Ware and wife Sally.
The wives were examined and released their rights.
This deed accounts for all 14 of the children and spouses of most.
