Bynthia A. Pevehouse, wife of William Pevehouse
Born 21 Sep 1835, died 11 Apr 1859, age 23

I would think she was this William's wife.

In 1850, William J. and his brother Jacob were with their mother, Betsy, in Van Buren Township, Crawford Co.

Online information which should be checked says that his middle name was Jasper and he died 10 Apr 1909. He was a 1st Lt in Company D, Gordon's Regulars, Arkansas Cavalry, and married Cynthia Snyder who was born 21 Sep 1832.
