Marzell Easley, 91, of Claremore, Oklahoma, formerly of Eagle Rock, died today, October 10, at Claremore Nursing Home.
Mrs. Easley was born December 1, 1909, in McDowell, the daughter of John and Caldona Eubanks Bennett. She spent most of her life on a farm near Eagle Rock. She was a member of Roaring River Baptist Church. She moved to Claremore, Oklahoma, in 1996.
She married Henry F. Easley on October 15, 1931, in Cassville, and he preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sons, Galen Easley of Eagle Rock and Gary Easley of Claremore, Oklahoma; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Pete Bennett, Glen Bennett, Opal Griffith, and Dickey Griffith; and one sister, Eunice Hemphill.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, October 14, in Horner Cemetery in Cassville with Rev. Paul Yarnell and Rev. Jim Clay officiating under the direction of Fohn Funeral Home of Cassville.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, October 13, at the funeral home.
