Found Dead In His Bed
Franklin M. Flynn, Former Wealthy Stock Dealer
Jacksonville, Ill., Aug 22 - This evening at 5 o'clock, Franklin M. Flynn was found dead in his bed at the Mitchell Hotel.
Flynn had retired to his room at 10 o'clock Wednesday night but nothing was thought of his nonappearance Thursday morning, as he often missed his meals. He was found lying face upward on his bed and evidently been dead for fifteen hours. Indications point to heart disease, but the Coroner will investigate.
Flynn weighted 325 pounds, and until a few years ago, when heavy losses came, was a wealthy stock dealer.
