Middletown - Gwendolyn A. (Adamson) Gustin, 85, Middletown, died November 4, 2003 at The Hospice Home of Allen County-Ft. Wayne after an extended illness. She was born June 20, 1918 in Middletown, Indiana, and resided in Middletown, Indiana. She lived in the Middletown area most of her life. She was a school teacher for 30 years and retired from Franklin Elementary School in Anderson. She was a member of Middletown Church of Christ, Honorary Society in Education and Kappa Delta Tau. She was a Board Member for Middletown Public Library for many years. She is survived by her Four Grandchildren including: T. Jay & wife Jeni Maddox of Ft. Wayne. Lisa Covarrubias of Indianapolis. Seven Great Grandchildren. Nephews: Gary Robertson and Bill Robertson. She was preceded by her Husband: Claude L. Gustin in 1975. Parents: Elbridge & Mary Elizabeth (Lance) Adamson. One Son: John Thomas Stout. Two Sisters: Moselle Robertson and Jeanie Pettit. One Brother: Charles Thomas Adamson. Services will be Saturday, November 8, 2003 at 10:00 AM, graveside at Millers Cemetery-Middletown, with Rev. Kevin Sulc officiating. Burial will be in Millers Cemetery, Middletown. No visitation.
