He owns in common with said Edward who intermarried with his sister Elizabeth one half of a fund. James Haden is entitled to $460.33 in his own right. He is now & has been for some three years a resident of the County of Forsyth and he is desireth that his portion be paid out to a guardian to be appointed by Forsyth Co where he lives.
