Daughter Elizabeth Hawkins; daughter Ann O'Neal, son John, daughter Agnes Ellis. If his wife dies before his son reaches 20, he desires that Robert O'Neal take his estate into his possession.

[Willis had been a neighbor since 1790. Thomas Proctor's land was mentioned in the same group of deeds, next to Haden's.]

22 Sep 1818 Will of Robert ONeal of Fayette Co. Sons Lewis and John to be made euqal out of the estate with what the other brothers & sisters previously received. Lewis to have one-half the land Robert now lives on, to include his part as a legatee and the parts he had purchased of the testator's other heirs, James Oneal, Nancy Oneal, Agnes Oneal, Elisabeth Oneal and William and Nancy Proctor, heirs of daughter Mary Oneal deceased. The other half to be equally divided between sons William, Thomas, Robert, John and daughters Sarah Oneal and Frances Oneal with execptions to two of my daughters hereafter mentioned. Negroes with all the stock, household & kitchen furniture and plantation untensils to be equally divided among all the children except that William, Thomas, Robert, Lewis, and John, and Betsey, Agnes, and Nancy are to have the whole of the slaves. The other children, including heirs of deceased daughter Mary, are to have their equal share of the slaves and personal estate in cash, or part property. The part for Sarah and Frances is to remain in the hands of sons William, Thomas & Lewis for the use and support of the said daughters and their children. If Sarah shall depart this life without lawful heirs, her proportion shall revert to the estate and be equally divided among her brothers and sisters. To granddaughter Sarah Wilson, one horse, saddle & bridle to be wroth $100 if she continues to live with me during my lifetime. Sons William, Thomas & Lewis, Executors.
Wit: John Smedley, Morgan Smedly, Benjamin Edge, witnesses. Probate Aug Court 1820.
