p.891/327 Nuncupative will of Anderson T. Dyer. [son of James Dyer Sr] 2 Sep 1843 in presence of Samuel Shields, William Hickle, William T. Carden. His last sickness in his own dwelling home. All just debts to be paid out. To wife Rachel property for her own use & to dispose of same as she think proper. Furniture, cow & calf, 1/3 of his growing corn crop, all the wheat on hand, etc. Balance to be divided between wife Rachel and all his children that are now or may be born, his wife Rachel now being in a pregnant condition. The children are Leroy, Alfred and Marion Harrison, all of when recognized as his own children. His father James Dyer Sr his sole Executor.
