Daniel married Elizabeth Post, 21 Sep 1720, Killingworth.
Provisions of his will dated 5 Jan 1781 included.
To eldest son, Daniel, late deceased & his heirs, I have given a full protion.
To grandson Gordon Buel, tract in Newport, NH and a small tract on the ledge northeast of this tract.
To grandson Asa Buell, the whole of my homestead, also my firelock and saddle and bridle and the whole of my Salt Meadows
To grandson Nathan Buell, the land originally the right of Moses Yemmon in Newport NH, and the whole of my land adjoining Abner Parmele's homestead, and the whole of my land in Bare Swamps
To grandson Asa Buell, all the land I purchased of Samuel Baker, the Baker Lot and a small tract of woodland near Samuel Smith's grist mill
To daughter-in-law Thankful Buell, the remnant of my lands not mentioned during her widowhood - the north ties of lots on my Homestead, part willed to grandson Asa, 1/3 of my orchard fruit; the two went rooms of my new dwelling house with the chamber over and cellar under; and 1/4 of the barn, the SW corner.
Further to Thankful Buell, all my movable estate not before given away.
Grandson Asa Buell of Killingworth to be executor and daughter Thankful Buell, executrix.
