19 Dec 1694 Inventory of estate of Samuel Porter of Windsor was taken by Timothy Phelps, Sen. and Thomas Stoughton. Next of kin were his brothers and sisters: John Porter, James Porter, Nathaniel, Hezekiah, Joseph Porter, Sarah Drake, Hannah Loomys, Rebeckah Loomys and Ruth Loomys.
25 Dec 1694 Administration granted to James & Nathaniel Porter. Daniel Heyden & Return Strong to distribute the estate.

Samuel's sister Esther died in her teens in 1687. His sister Mary who married Joseph Phelps was not named in the agreement to settle their father's estate, nor was she mentioned as a sibling to Samuel. Mary apparently had also died and had no living children.
