Josiah and Mehitabel were married by Rev. John Greenwood. Their Intention to marry was dated 26 Oct 1728.

Jun 1744 Samuel Byles of Providence, Clothier vs. Josiah Fuller of Rehoboth, Bristol, in the Province of Massachusetts Bay for Debt. Defendant made Default. Byles to have of said Fuller 35.5.9 and costs. Execution granted 19 Sep 1744.

12 Feb 1753. Probate of will of Josiah Fuller. Will dated 6 Jan 1753. Names wife Mehittable. Sons: Oliver, Caleb & Noah Fuller, the last two under age 21. Daughters: Mary Hayes & Sible Blake. Wife and son Oliver to be executors; my wife's mother to live with her in my house. Wit: Thomas Bowen, John Smith, Ezekiel Read.

Josiah's parents according to online databases were Robert Fuller, b. 2 Mar 1673/74 in Rehoboth, d. 30 Dec 1710, Attleboro MA, and his 2nd wife Mary Titus. Robert's father was Jonathan Fuller, born probably in Rehoboth about 1644-45 and died 10 Feb 1708/09 in Attleboro - his wife was Elizabeth Wilmarth. There was an agreement in Attleboro, about 1709 - between Elizabeth Fuller, widow of Jonathan Fuller and their children: David Fuller of Attleboro, Daniel & Nathaniel Fuller both of Windham County, Conn., Thomas, Robert & Noah Fuller of Att., Elizabeth Shepherson, widow of John, John Follett & Sarah his wife, Stephen Cross of Mansfield and his wife Mary. Jonathan Fuller's father was another Robert Fuller who first appeared in the Salem town records Nov 1639 and received land in Rehoboth in 1645. He is not found in the Salem records after 1643. This Robert took the Oath of Fidelity in Rehoboth in 1658. His wife believed to be Sarah Bowen. He may have been born about 1615 in Southampton, Hampshire, England.

Mehitable Ormsby was the daughter of Joshua Ormsby and Mehetabel Boyden who were married Medfield, Norfolk, MA on 22 Dec 1704. Joshua was born 9 Dec 1672 in Rehoboth, died 28 May 1715 in Rehoboth. 1 Jul 1715, his estate inventory was presented by Mehettabell Ormsbe his widow. On 21 Oct 1729: Settlement of estate of Joshua Ormsbe between his former widow Mehetibel Titus now wife of Silas Titus and his chldn: Joshua Ormsbe [only son] and duaghters: Mehetibel wife of Joshua Fuller, Mary Orsmbe and Ann Ormsbee.
