Providence Court of Common Pleas [Rhode Island - Civil Cases]
Dec 1754 Oliver Fuller of Rehoboth, Bristol in the Province of Massachusetts Bay in New England, Housewright [builder of houses] vs. Samuel Reed of Providence, Cordwainer [shoemaker]. Defendant made Default. Fuller to recover 110 #'s and costs. Execution granted 24 Mar 1755.
Dec 1775 Eleazer Read of Swansey, Bristol Co, vs. Oliver Fuller of Rehoboth. Defendant made default. Read to recover from Oliver Fuller the sum of 3.14.5 and costs. Execution granted 15 Jan 1776.

U.S. Supreme Court cases: Wilkinson vs. Leland, 1829, cited an act of the Rhode Island Legislature, 1777:
March 1777. Caleb Fuller, stating that he and Oliver Fuller of Rehoboth, MA are joint owners of a ferry and Fuller refuses to use it be turns, the one during one week, and the other the next; and praying th assembly to grant that he shall improve said ferry with said Fuller in turns, exchanging every other week, and that his turn may begin the first day of next week, as has been customary for a number of years heretofore, etc. Granted.
The ferry was later sold to Josiah Blake who in turn sold it to Daniel & Jacob Comstock.

Thompson CT Deeds
Vol. 1, p.62 12 Apr 1786
Daniel Comstock of Providence, Esqr. for 450£ paid by Oliver Fuller [probably his father-in-law] of Rehoboth, sell two parcels in the town of Thompson. 450 acres. Begin SE corner near David Hoopers house; with Corbins land to the line of Massachusetts, running with that line to land of Mason's, then south partly by Mason's and partly by land of John Robbins until it comes to David Hooper's, to the great road and eastward by the road. Another parcel near the above beginning on NE corner of said lot to line between Connecticut and Rhode Island, south with that line to land of Charles Poluck's, then West with sd Poluck's land to land of David Hooper. All that same lot or parcel with I purchased of Laban Bates except what is contained in the deeds I gave to David Hooper. Sarah Comstock, relinquished all right and title of dower and power of thirds. Signed: Daniel Comstock, Sarah Comstock.

25 Aug 1794 Oliver Fuller of Rehoboth sold to Seth Comstock [Daniel's son] of Providence, tailor, two lots containing 450 acres being the same purchased of Daniel Comstock and recorded in Killingly also known as Thompson. 160£. Signed: Oliver Fuller. Wit: Ann Jenckes, James Arnold. Rec. 12 Feb 1795.
[This land appears to have previously been sold to Oliver's son Sylvester, but perhaps that deed was more in the form of a mortgage and Oliver retained title.]

Deed made 23 Jan 1788, prior to the deed to Seth Comstock, but not recorded until 9 Mar 1795.
Oliver Fuller of Rehoboth for 450£ sold to son Sylvester Fuller of Providence, two lots of land in Thompson containing 450 acres. David Hoopers house, Corbins land, MA state line, Masons, John Robins land. And another lot near the above mentioned land, Rhode Island state line, land of Charles Polluck, David Hooper. The same parcels purchased of Daniel Comstock, Esqr. Sarah Fuller, wife, relinquished all right and title. Signed: Oliver Fuller, Sarah Fuller. Wit: Henry Alexander, Theodore Fosters. 26 Mar 1788, Oliver Fuller personally appeared in court in Providence. Rec'd & recorded, 9 Mar 1795, Jacob Dresser.
