Miss Geraldine (Jerry) Godley Allen, aged 79, of 6803 Bluebird Drive, retired chief bookkeeper for Western Union died Tuesday. She was born at Cove (Polk County), daughter of the late Charles B. and Maude Ellen Lane Allen, and was a member of First United Methodist Church at Little Rock, the American Association of Retired Person, Chapter 34, and the Retired Western Union Employees' Association. She had no immediate survivors. Funeral will be at 2 pm Thursday at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth by Rev. Clint Burleson. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist church Bethel Sunday School Class.
