I beleive the following to be the will of Joseph's wife Sarah Estill Beeler.
2 Oct 1819. Will of Sarah Kellar. Debts to be paid including one to my brother Isaac Estill. To Rebecca Kellar and to her sisters Betty Evans & Sarah Kellar, daughters of Joseph Kellar, dec'd, money.

Found online. Sarah Estill with a brother Isaac were children of Wallace Estill & his 2nd wife Mary Ann Campbell. Wallace was a captain inf the Revolution.
