1794. Joseph Kellar appears on the Jefferson Co Ky tax lists.

12 Oct 1796. Will of Henry Harding, Jefferson Co WB 1, p.70 Jos. Kellar was one of the witnesses. Will proved on 1 Nov 1796

It would seem that Joseph married a second time - to Mrs. Sarah [Estill] Beeler - on 1 Jul 1810 in Jefferson Co.

6 Apr 1818. Will of Joseph Kellar, Jefferson Co KY. To wife Sarah for life, dwelling, slave & $200 annually. To children Eliza, Isaac, Abraham, Rebecca & Sarah Keller, each a Bible & residue of estate.
