Henry Jackson's son, Henry Jr. married Ann Mabry, daughter of Hinchia Mabry and his third wife Anne Clack Counrtney, probably about 1765. Anne Clack is said to be the daughter of the Rev. James Clack and his 1st wife Jane Bolling. The will of Ann Clack Courtney Mabry was dated 2 May 1763 and proved in 1772. She named her daughter Ann Mabry as sole legatee with Joshua Mabry [stepson] and Clack Courtney [son by her 1st marriage] and John Pettway as Executors. By the time of the probate in 1772, Ann had married Henry Jackson Jr and they sued Joshua Mabry to recover Ann's share of slaves and their issue left by Hinchia Mabry. Joshua was ordered to deliver all slaves except David & Hall now in possession of Ephraim Mabry [Joshua's brother] to Henry Jackson.
1 Oct 1772, Henry Jackson Junr bought from Mrs. Ann Lightfoot, widow, of York Co, 260 acres on the S side Rocky Run

27 Jan 1794, Henry Jackson and wife Anne sold to Nathaniel Parham, 436 acres adj James Bruce, William Reece, & Thornton's Branch.
Ann Mabry Jackson had died before 21 Dec 1783, because Henry Jr married Ann Broadnax, daughter of William & Ann Broadnax on that date. His will is dated 8 oct 1789 and names wife Ann Jackson. Sons David & Stephen are to divide the tract wheron Henry Jr. lives. Two other tracts to be sold. First five children are to have all the Negroes that came by their Mother my first wife. Youngest daughter Rebecca to come in with them for one equal share. He makes no claim to the Negroes that came by wife Ann Jackson as the grandmother of my little girl Rebecca has willed them already to her. Executors with my wife to be friend William Edward Brodnax and Isham Smith, and William Brodnax, Lawyer. Signed: Henry Jackson. Wit: William Bennett, Sterling Peebles, Mark Jackson. Proved by Mark Jackson & Sterling Peeples 27 Jul 1795. Edmund Cooper was granted Letters of Administration.
25 Jan 1796 Edmund Cooper, admin of Henry Jackson Dec'd sold 210 acres to Wythe Simmes.
27 Sep 1802 Inventory of Henry Jackson, appraised by James Blick, Nathaniel Parham, & James Bruce, included 45 slaves mentioning all those named in the will, those from his first wife, and those his second wife had from her mother Anne Brodnax.
By his first wife Ann Mabry, Henry Jackson Jr had Henry, Martha "Patsy" who married Edmund Cooper, Sarah "Sally" who married Henry Bailey, Stephen Jackson, and David Jackson. Rebecca Ann Jackson was the only child by Ann Brodnax; she married Edward B. Brooking 12 Nov 1801.
