1659: Samuel Grant, age 28, was baptized and taken into the fellowship of the Windsor Church. The same year he was contracted to Shingle the inside roof of the town meeting house.
1665: appointed a Boundgoer to settle boundary disputes.
1674: Given land by his father, Matthew Grant on the East side of the Connecticut River
13 May 1680: petitioned for a separate township of East Windsor on the east side of the River
Feb 1687: Set up a saw mill on the brook called "Ketch"
1700: Member of the East Windsor church.
