All estate to be divided between wife and her seven sons: Joseph Terry Williams, John Williams, James Martin Williams, Thomas Terry Williams, David Champness Williams, William Martin Williams, Doctor Crawford Williams. Executors: wife, David Terry, and Joseph Terry Williams.
Wit: David Givens, David Terry, Champness Terry.
From the wording of the will it appears that William Williams had a wife prior to Lucy Terry. His son Lewis and daughter Susannah apparently from that first wife.

Lucy gave bequests to David Champness Williams, Joseph Terry Williams, John Williams, James Martin Williams, Thomas Terry Williams, William Martin Williams, and Doctor Crawford Williams. Executors: James Martin Williams & Thomas Terry Williams.
21 Jul 1788, the will was proved by one of the witnesses. On 18 Aug 1788, another witness proved and James M. Williams was granted Probate with Joseph Terry Williams & Thomas Williams, as securities.
These seven sons of Lucy agree with the Will of William Williams and do not mention Lewis and Susannah.
