p.320. First to pay all funeral expenses and debts. To wife Sarah Walters, one third of all lands to include the dwelling house, smokehouse, stable, and other buildins, also the spring and meadow. Negro woman Louisa to be sold and the sum of $500 to be held at interest annually for use of my wife.
To daughter Namcy Malinda Haynes, land adjoining already deeded to her, down the branch and half of the timbered land, land deeded to my daughter for the separate benefit of her without control of her husband Campbell Haynes
To son Pleasant Wlaters, all the land except the timberland granted my daughter, and subject to the incumbrance of life estate of my wife
All personal property to be sold and to pay all expenses and debts, after which to be given one third to my son Pleasant Walters, to my grandchild, children of Lucinda Haynes, one third, and to my grandchildren, children of daughter Nancy Malinda Haynes, one third. The children's protion to be paid into the hands of guardians appointed for them.
To wife - specific lifestock, crops, household furniture, etc. to be excepted from the articles to be sold. The $500 after death of my wife to be divided and given one third to son Pleasant Walters, 1/3 to children of daughter Lucinda, 1/3 to children of daughter Nancy Malinda.
