This Obadiah is said to have married Lucy Harris in 1778 and lived in Chesterfield Co, VA. Some think this is the same Obadiah that married Lucy Poor and has baptisms of two daughters recorded in The Douglas Register. If that is the case he must have been quite young when he married Lucy Poor and she would have died before 1778. The two little girls were baptized in 1775 and 1776 so this is indeed possible.
