Wife Ann, plantation of 591 acres; after her death to son Charles. Dau Constance. To son Charles a desk from my brother Gideon. Dau Ann. Land willed to be by my brother Thomas to be sold and proceeds divided between Constance and Ann. Exec: Wife Ann, brother Nathaniel. Wit: Edward Merick, Gideon Moss.
