It is obvious that William did not marry both of these ladies - there were two William/Will Moseleys at St. James Northam. Births of the children overlap. I do not know which William was the son of Marvel - the alternate William who married Ann Lewis, could have been the son of John Moseley Jr who was born likely a year or two after John Moseley married Ann Williams, 1751.

There was a deed in 1780 that states "William, son of Marvel" and goes on to cite his wife as Keziah.

Not only was the son of Will & Ann named Edward born in October 1776 but Will & Keziah were have a daughter born in December of 1776. Also both couples named a daughter Betsy.
